Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and exchanges.

Refunds on Non-Defective Goods

We offer refunds on non-defective products provided the following terms are met:

-the goods are in their original packaging

-unopened (therefore unused)

-unmelted

 

Should you wish to refund your order please notify us immediately at info@verryk.com and / or +27799925085.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we will process a refund.

If the order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to verryk, with temperature sensitive packaging (we pack our orders in this way to prevent melting - you will have everthing necessary in the box, and will have to take out the ice gels from the box, freeze them, and place them in the box before sealing).

Once we have recieved the shipment and ensured that the product is in order as described above, we will process a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges on Defective Goods

Defective goods refer to either:

1. the ordered product but with a malfunction; or

2. the product received was not the product ordered.

Upon receiving your order, please notify us within 7 days if your order is defective as described above, with accompanying photos, to info@verryk.com and/or +27799925085.

We will handle shipping back to us and will process an exchange or refund depending on your preference.

When We Do not Offer Refunds or Exchanges

If your the goods from your order is non-defective, and have  been opened, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
